Once a course is purchased, we understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate cancellations. However, it's important to note that unless the event (workshop/seminar/conference/online classes or any other course) is canceled by Indaca, no refunds will be available.

In the unfortunate event of a cancellation by Indaca, you will be promptly notified via email, and we will initiate a full refund to the original payment method used during the registration process. The refund process typically takes up to 15 business days to complete.
